We offer free delivery on UK shipping addresses when you spend £25 or more. You will need to select the Free Shipping option when you reach the checkout.
Alternatively, there are two shipping options for you to choose from depending on how quickly you want to be able to enjoy your delicious fibre-filled breakfast.
We process all orders Monday to Friday. All orders received by 11am will be processed on the same working day. Any orders received after 11am will be processed the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Spend £25 or more and get free delivery on orders with a UK shipping address. Simply select the Free Shipping for Orders over £25 option when you reach the checkout.
Standard Mainland UK addresses will be sent via DHL on a Next Day delivery service - please note that deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email confirmation from DHL with a predicted delivery window.
If you live in beautiful places like the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands and Islands we'll still provide Free Delivery but it might take a little longer to get to you. Parcels to these places will be sent via Royal Mail and should be with you in 2-3 days maximum.
Our No Rush service is fulfilled by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. Your order should arrive within 2-4 working days.
Our Speedy Delivery is fulfilled by DHL on a Next Day delivery service. Your order should arrive on the next working day. You should receive an email from DHL notifying you of when your order is due for delivery.
Our Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands shipping rates will be added automatically at checkout. Shipping to Ireland is charged at £7.99 and Shipping to the Channel Islands is charged at £4.99.
We are pleased to say we are now shipping to Germany. Shipping is charged at £7.99 and the courier service we use is Parcelforce. Your parcel should arrive within approximately 3 working days. Please be aware that we are monitoring delivery to EU since Brexit so if you do experience a delay, please get in touch with us.
