The world of Gut Health and the science around it is an emerging one, with exciting discoveries and insights being uncovered across the world on a regular basis.
Some of it is really complicated stuff! Here we aim to tell you what we've picked up; explained in layman's terms that we hope makes it easy for everyone to understand. It's not all actionable, much of the science is still in it's early days so it doesn't support health claims or make health care promises. However it does give us an insight into the exciting future where we really do see food as medicine and maybe even see an end to some of the preventable illnesses or conditions that impact on so many lives.
