I love Troo chocolate mixed into yoghurt or spooned over ice cream or porridge. Plain Troo is a little runnier and very useful in hot drinks, drizzled over rice pudding, in coffee and hot chocolate etc., can be added to almost anything. It is gently sweet and has a neutral taste, so a great way to get more prebiotic fibre without an overly sweet taste. They are both a brilliant way to help our friendly intestinal bacteria and being low GI is ideal for my diabetic diet. Benefits are already being felt by all the family. Both are cupboard staples now.
