I’m following a low carb diet and wonderful products like this make it super easy to stick to. I use it to make my own carb free granola and cereal, I use it to sweeten Greek yoghurt, like other people use it as a sauce to dip my strawberries or when I have a sugar craving I just have a spoon right out the jar…its amazing!
