The Thera Tea blends:

• Digest-ease:  a warm infusion makes you feel at ease from the inside out, tastes smooth and comforting AND importantly supports digestive health and wellbeing
• Balance: makes you feel calmer and gets you in the mood to retune your thoughts and rebalance yourself from inside out – caffeine free
• Uplift: this energising cuppa is a take on a supercharged Green Tea Earl Grey, light and clean lifting you physically and mentally
• Sleepytime: a fragrant infusion to enjoy before bedtime for a long, deep slumber, or if you need a moment of calm or reflection at other times of the day- caffeine free

Ingredients:

• Digest-ease: the rich, mellow flavour comes from a blend of Fermented Chinese Pu’erth Tea – the rounded, woody taste forms the base layer of flavour; Taiwanese Oolong tea – this brings rich, caramel, toasty notes; Nettle – gives a mellow, earthy taste; Ginger & Cinnamon – for warmth, comfort and a delicate spice and Aniseed and Fennel – adding sweetness and aromatic complexity
• Balance: a calming yet inspiring blend of Rosehip –  brings a light and delicate, floral flavour, slightly sweet to start with a slightly tart aftertaste; Chamomile – this provides the delicate fragrance and taste of serenity; Ginger – for warmth, comfort and a delicate spiciness; Liquorice – for a rounding sweetness and a sedating fragrance; Ashwagandha – balances the overall flavour with a touch of bitterness and pungency; Sage – brings an earthy, herbaceous quality and Raspberry – for a ripe, fruity finish.
• Uplift : a carefully balanced, delicious blend of Chinese Chunmee Green Tea – light and tangy, with a slight astringency balanced with natural bergamot flavouring making it taste like Early Grey; Yerba Mate – this brings powerful earthy, grassy notes; Fermented Lemon – deepens the flavour adding a rich citrus undertone; Lemon Peel / Orange Peel – for zestiness and an uplifting fragrance and Dandelion Leaves- adds sweetness and aromatic complexity
• Sleepytime: this relaxing blend contains Chamomile – this provides the delicate, sweet, sedating fragrance and taste of serenity; Lavender – for a fruity, aromatic fragrance and slightly sharp, floral taste; Cardamom – adds citrusy, spicy, herbal notes; Passion Flower Leaf – balances the florals with a grassy, earthy flavour; Rose Petals – brings a light, fresh, softness; Lemongrass – provides the uplifting taste of lemon without the bitterness or acidity and Lemon Balm – giving a delicious minty-citrus taste.
