Paleo Cinnamon Oat and Granola Cookies

Paleo Cinnamon Granola Cookies by Charli Daly (@charlis_daly_life on Instagram). These cookies are packed with healthy fats and fibre to keep you fuller for longer, which makes them perfect for breakfast on the go or as a sweet treat for a cosy afternoon.

This recipe includes a range of Gut Healthy Troo Products - including Troo Spoonful of Fibre Inulin Syrup which is a great substitue for honey or syrup and is naturally low in sugar, with half the calories too! Alongside our Troo Happy Porridge+ and Troo Uplift Granola+, this recipe is perfect for those who require a sugar-controlled, high fibre or paleo diet.



  1. Mix the wet ingredients all together. Once blended, mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  2. Once mixed well, scoop into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Press them down into a flat cookie shape
  3. Charli has topped hers with Troo Nicely Nutty Granola before baking
  4. Bake for 10 mins at 180C and enjoy!
