Try this overnight oats recipe for a fibre-filled start to your day that will keep you full until lunchtime. All Troo Porridge+ contains 2 X the fibre of standard porridge oats, helping you well on your way to reaching that all important 30g fibre daily requirement.

Overnight oats are quick and super simple, ready to eat when you wake up, perfect for those busy mornings! Make your overnight oats your own by adding your favourite milk, flavour of yoghurt and toppings – chia seeds and a bit of protein powder are a few of the Troo Crew’s favourite additions. Grab your jar and let’s go!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add 50g of Troo Porridge+ to a lidded container or jar
  2. Add your choice of milk or water to cover the oats
  3. You can add a couple tablespoons of yoghurt here if you would like for extra protein or flavour
  4. Leave covered in the fridge overnight
  5. Enjoy the next morning with a drizzle of Troo Spoonful of Fibre for extra gut healthy goodness and any toppings of your choice!
